She was predeceased by: her parents, Hiram Leslie and Ollie Mae Hook (Davis); her son Jack Ivey; and her grandson Logan Grinstead. She is survived by: her daughters, Angie Ivey of Sulphur and Tammy Foster (Ronnie) of Sulphur; her granddaughter Megan Grinstead Swanson (Nick) of Edmond; her great grandchild Huxton; and her sisters, Mae Golden and Barbara Shanz. She is also survived by three brothers.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Crossway First Baptist Church (2108 W Broadway Ave, Sulphur, OK 73086).
