Though William Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, G. W. Davenport and Tennie Lee Davenport (Shrader); and his siblings, Dorothy Johnson, Howard and Charles Davenport.
He is survived by: his sons, Eddie Davenport (Jill) of Pauls Valley, Larry Davenport (Hermila) of Ponder, TX, Mike Davenport of Davis and Kevin Davenport (April) of Sulphur; and his brother George Davenport of Jones. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the Hale's Funeral Home (202 S 4th St, Davis, OK 73030). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Midway Hill Baptist Church (5359 State Hwy 7, Sulphur, OK 73086).
