It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy D. Keys of Del City, Oklahoma, born in Okemah, Oklahoma, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Clifford Keys and Virgie Keys (Ledue); his wife Kathleen (Wanda Brandon); his siblings, Jimmy Keys (Shirley), Donna Williams and Hazel Lewie; his stepdaughter Diana Duty; and his stepgranddaughter Angela Duty.

He is survived by : his children, Glenda Knapp, Stanley Keys, Steven Keys and Anita Keys; and his stepson Daryl Brandon. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many other family and friends.
