Carlene became a Retired Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) volunteer in 1990 and over the past 32 years she contributed 16, 904 service hours to over a dozen nonprofit organizations throughout central Oklahoma, including the American Red Cross, the Hugs Project (active military support), Veterans Hospital and OU Medical Center.
