She is survived by: her mother Betty Jean Fisher; her husband Ron Latham; her children, Mitchell Higgins (Laura), Preston Higgins, Hannah Rodgers (Grady) and Bradley Higgins; her brothers, Eric Cobb, Rodney Cobb (Tanya) and Tyler Cobb; and her grandchildren, Weston Grounds, Triston Grounds, River Grounds, Boston Higgins and Harper Higgins.
