He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin Ned and Anna Ned (Davis); his siblings, Larry, Calvin, Phyllis, Brenda, Betty, Mary and Roberta; and his grandchild Baby Michele Ochoa.
He is survived by: his wife Irma Jean Ned; his children, Brian Ned (Melissa), Michele Ochoa (Juan), Anissa Hale (Russell), Lisa Douglas (JD), Alanna McMichael (Joe), Tonya Naney (Richard) and Candace Gray (Josh); his brother Curtis Ned; and his sister-in-law Aneda Perez. He is also survived by 19 Grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
