With sadness, we share the passing of Jackie Ray Garrard (Del City, Oklahoma). Jackie, born on April 16, 1944, passed away on September 12, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Theo Garrard and Nancy Garrard; and his grandmother Sea. He is survived by: his siblings, Lethabelle, Marie, Harold, Louise, John, Theo Jr., Gleo, Trudy and Johnny Mack; his wife Cleada; his children, Carol (Randy McCarlson), Stevie (Marie Gibson), Tammy Clark and Karen (Nick Wilkes); and his grandchildren, Chad, Telichia, Chaulsey, Deszon, Charity, Dereka, Chasity, Landon, Chaylnn, Nicole, Taylor and Stevie Jr.. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bill Eisenhour Funeral Home. A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM.
