He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Williams and Ruth Williams; and his sons, Scott and Craig. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his brother Paul; his sister-in-law Linda Lekawski of Oklahoma City; his daughter-in-law Nicole Flick; his grandchildren, Kylie Williams of Bridge Creek, OK and Camden Williams of Edmond, OK.; and his stepsister Shirley Allen of Elk City, OK..

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum in his memory and in honor of Scott D. Williams is suggested.
