We are sad to announce that, on December 16, 2025, at the age of 91, Ruth Carolyn Epperly (Del City, Oklahoma), born in Stringtown, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Joseph Winters and Dora Mae Winters (Terry); her siblings, Mary Lou Vegher (Winters) and Tommy Joe Winters; and her nephews, David, Tommy Hutchins, Chris and Joey Winters.

She is survived by: her sons, Roger David Jr. (Vonda) of Oklahoma City, OK, Robert (Susan) of Oklahoma City, OK and Randy (Rachel) of Shawnee, OK; her grandchildren, Tyler, Erin, Ellen, Hanna, John, Ryan and Rebekah; her great grandchildren, Tristan, Jude, Baker, Mason and Rynlee; her siblings, Eddie Mark Winters (Judy) of Farmington, NM and Ina Mae Suydam of Norman, OK; her niece Susan Miller (Bill) of Moore, OK; and her nephews, Bill Winters of Shawnee, OK, Mark Winters of Farmington, NM and Patrick Winters of Las Vegas, NV.
