She is survived by: her mother Patricia Ann Slavin (Womack); her daughter April Taylor (Ricky); her stepdaughter Kimberly Ethridge (Wesley); her siblings, Tonya Slavin and Greg Slavin (Judy); and her grandchildren, Ricky Taylor, Jason Taylor, Ryan Taylor, Dakota Ethridge, Breanna Ethridge and Colborn Ethridge. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
