He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Otless Leach and Mamie B. Leach (Fortune); his brothers, Walton, Otless, Kenneth and Curtis; his wife Fumie Okazaki Leach; and his son Gary Duane Leach.
He is survived by: his brothers, John and Dalton; his children, Billy Wayne Leach, Kenji Leach, Connie Jean Turner (William) and Bruce Ray Leach (Lydia); his wife Freda Ward Leach; his sister Opal Oletha Alsup; and his stepchildren, Bobby Holland (Roy Ward), Tommie Claudine Lemaster and Barbara Vinson. He is also survived by three sons and one daughter; eight grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren.
