He was predeceased by : his sister Mary Spencer. He is survived by : his wife Patty; his children, Tim Spencer (Heather) of Conroe, Brian Spencer of Gypsy, Brett Spencer of Sand Springs and Traycie Hobby (Justin) of Claremore; his siblings, Phil Spencer (Vivian) of Sapulpa, Brenda Osburn (Phil) of Depew, John Spencer, Theresa Burkes of Depew, Emma Compston of Enid, Cheryl White (Forest) of Depew and Tina Kearny of Depew; his grandchildren, Katelynn Nowak, Caleb Spencer, Michael Spencer, Wyatt Spencer, Emilee Spencer, Taylor Spencer, Hunter Spencer and Cody Spencer; and his great grandchildren, Avery Nowak, Spencer Nowak, Jemima Rodriguez, Tatum Spencer and Lucas Spencer.
