He was predeceased by: his parent Sidney Hardy Howard; his wife Pennie Howard; his son James Thomas Howard; and his sister-in-law Sue Howard. He is survived by: his daughter Krystal Rogers (Bryan) of Dewar; his grandchildren, Alexandra Edwards (Bryan) of Okmulgee, James Tyler Howard (Mikaela) of Henryetta, Jonathan Howard of Tulsa and Ashley Howard of Eufaula; his great grandchildren, Addison Edwards, Brian Edwards, Carson Edwards, Georgia Howard, James Howard, Preacher Howard and Ava Howard; and his siblings, Sharon Huxtable (Lindy) and Marles Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
