He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Bullard and Carmie Bullard (Nuckolls); his wife Peggy; and his siblings, Jessie, Monroe and Ruby Gasaway.
He is survived by: his sons, Leroy (Tamara Bullard Jr.) of Longtown, Randy (Michelle Bullard) and Robert Terry Bullard of Okmulgee Many. He is also survived by Many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
