She is survived by: her sons, Jacob Timothy "Tim" (Janice) of Ochelata, OK, Donald Wayne "Donnie" (Deanna) of Delaware, OK, Richard Allen (Nina) of Collinsville, OK, Roger William (Charice) of Bartlesville, OK, George Anthony "Andy" (Debbie) and Jeffrey Bryan "Jeff" (Marla) of Newcastle, OK.; and her grandsons, Jeremy, Adam, Heath, Kelby, Ryan, Kyle and Stanton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
