He was predeceased by: his mother Lola Alvaretta Haberly (Edwards); his wife Sandra Haberly; and his parent Dean Haberly. He is survived by: his children, Matt Haberly (Karissa) of Dewey and Beth Sanders (Justin) of Bartlesville; his grandsons, Trent Haberly (Sierra) of Copan and Taw Sanders of Bartlesville; his great grandchildren, Wesley Dean and Henry Gene of Copan; and his brother Jim Haberly (Judy) of Bartlesville.
