He is survived by: his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Karla Nickels of Newcastle, OK; his nephew Erik Nickels of Los Angeles, CA; his uncle James; and his aunt Joyce Henderson of Washington, OK. He is also survived by numerous cousins, other extended family, and friends.
