He is survived by: his parents, Lonnie Jr. McDade and Deborah McDade (Moore); his brother Christopher McDade; his nephew Cameron McDade; his great-nephew Alex McDade; his niece Kelsey McDade (Davon); his siblings, Red Williams and Ree Doaks; his aunt Bobbie Shorter; his uncles, Michael and Randy Moore; and his cousins, Nat Nat, Jo Jo, Billy, John, Kevin, Crystal, Nick, Jasmine, Jordan and Eric.
Turk was preceded by his beloved Aunt Callie who had Down's Syndrome so if anyone would like to make a donation to the Special Olympics I think both Turk and Callie will be smiling in Heaven.
