She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Monroe Hazlip and Betty Joe Ann Hazlip (Sawyer); and her brother Frank Leslie Hazlip. She is survived by: her siblings, Marquita Mosher (David) of Bartlesville, Robert Monroe "Monty" Hazlip (Pam) of Yale and Trent Hazlip (Valerie) of Stillwater. She is also survived by several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
