He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his children, Matthew, Autumn Caldwell (Corey), Sarah Mayle (Matthew Sellers) and Christina "Pixie" Sellers; his grandchildren, Jude Sellers, Lt. Zac Caldwell, Amanda, Lt. John Mayle, Anya McGehee, Chandler, Shelby Stanton, Tyrus Sellers, Grant Mayle and Myra Sellers; his great grandchildren, Hudson Bart Caldwell and Beau Kanyon Stanton; his daughter Alyssa; his sisters, Sharon Slagel, Mary Beth Humphrey (John), Martha Ann Sellers, Stephanie Reynolds (Neal) and Alexandra Teal (Tommy); his brother-in-law Alan Baker; his nieces and nephews, Shelley Dillon (Jeff), Mary Roberts, Christe Gafney (Bill), Cindy Fortier (Roy), Jessica Casey (Josh), Steven Reynolds (Julie) and Ryan Baker (Jenna); and his close friends, Rick, Mary Medlin and James Beyl.
