She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ann Ballenger (Hodge) and Denver Ballenger; her husbands, Robert McCollum, William Hashbarger and Carl Daniel; her siblings, Viola Mae Cox, Ava Belle Kizer, Jimmy Ballenger and Dovie Ballenger; and her nephews, Denny Cox and John Kizer. She is also survived by Her nieces and nephews.
