He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee and Stella Lee (Oakes); his siblings, Billie Self, Virginia Mallow, Phillip Lee, Hubert Lee and Jerry Lee; and his grandson Nicholás Laurent.

He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Jeff Lee (Pam) of Tennessee, Tony Lee (Kim) of Hugo, Lynetta Bell of Drumright and Marie Agnes Laurent (Frederic) of France; his grandchildren, Kristina, Jennifer, Derek, Erin, Laura, Thomas, Thomás, Avery and Brooklyn; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Jaxon, Kameron, Ander and Mahé.
