He is survived by : his wife Joyce Losey; his children, Denise Rodgers (Warren), Kimberley Brooks (Chris) and Jesse Baker; his brother Sammy Weaver (Jamie); his grandchildren, Amanda Goforth (Darrick), Samantha Frank (Brandon), Jakob Stegall, Zane Brooks, Boden Brooks and Jackson Stegall; his great grandchildren, Taylor Flora (Kaleb), Chloe Wright (Kendall), Carsyn Frank, Ashlyn Goforth, Camdyn Frank and Bryson Goforth; and his great great grandchild Hutson Flora. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

“My heart is hurts for the loss of Bill. He was such a sweet person, loving husband to Joyce. Loved all their children and grandchildren.
