She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh and E. Foreman; her husband Fred Perryman; and her brother Eugene Foreman. She is survived by: her sisters, Metta Crabb Craft of Yukon and Hughla Foreman of Tulsa; and her children, Philip Perryman (Lana) of Apache, Fred Perryman (Lillian) of Edmond, Freda Beall (Charles) of Bixby and Dale Perryman (Sezen) of Carrollton, TX. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
