He is survived by: his former spouse Jaretha Worbes; his spouse LaVern Brooks; his siblings, Harold Perry (Mary), Doris Thompson and Leatha Perry; his daughters, Jareta Kay Perryman (Larry) and Jaretta Gay Delzer (Scott); his grandchildren, Brooke Denea Ornelas (Raymond), Jeremy Scott Delzer (Stephanie) and Johnathan Shane Delzer (AnaLea); his great grandchildren, Quinn Elise Delzer, Cooper Jake Delzer, Colby Ornelas, Conner Ornelas and Alyssa Croft; his stepsons, Frank Osborne and Steve Osborne (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Cass Osborne (Tiffany), Lacy Toliver (Dustin), Ethan Osborne (Celeste), Heath Osborne (Lindsey) and Kinsey Osborne.
