He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ida Hart; his children, Bart Colburn of Comanche, Brett Colburn (Amanda) of Hoquiam, Brenda Bracey (John Bracey) of Alberta and Jestine Budvarson (Troy) of Comanche; his grandchildren, Shasta Lakey (Josh), Cheyenne Buckley (Braden), Brea Colburn, Stephanie Colburn and James Bracey; his great grandchildren, Dager Lakey, Dally Lakey, Della Lakey, Cade Buckley and Austin Colburn; and his sister Judith Sisk (Charlie).
