She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Eugene and Katherine Beulah Brown (Alsobrook); and her brother Noal Brown. She is survived by: her husband Rev. David L. Spangler; her children, David Cerney (Michelle Alves) of Duncan, Kelly Welty (Jessie) of Broken Arrow, OK, Kathy Moore (Jerry) of Pryor, OK and Robin Ivey (Cynthia Ivey) of Skiatook, OK; and her siblings, Glendal Brown (Charlotte), Kay Brown and Lois Tabner (Alvis). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
