It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobby Don Bowden of Duncan, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 27, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Estelle Bowden and Birdie Bowden (Jennings); his wife Linda; and his siblings, W. T. Bowden (Josephine), Jim Bowden, Dewey Bowden, Margie Barrick (George), Helen Presgrove (Randal), Lloyd Bowden and Jerry Bowden.
He is survived by: his children, Billy Bob Bowden (Sandy) of Comanche, Terri Strecker (Rory) of Lawton, OK and Christy Dillard of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Shy-Anne Jarrett (Ryan), Tori Strecker, Clay Strecker (Sarah), Zac Sanders and Nic Dillard (Rachel); his great grandchildren, Jurnee Rae Jarrett and Carden Thomas Dillard; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Bowden, JoAnn Bowden, Barbara Bowden, Jon E. Suttle and Cindy Johnson (Kelly); his niece Cortney Claborn (Shane); and his great-nephews, Connor and Colton. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
