He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Wallace and Edna Lucille Allen (Henry); his wife Nancy Allen; his granddaughter Amber Allen; his daughter-in-law Janna Allen; and his brother Glynn Allen.
He is survived by: his sons, Randy (Dawn Allen) of Lindsay, David (Heather Allen) of Duncan and Dan (Shannon Allen) of Bixby; his grandchildren, Lance, Keeley Allen, Joseph, Magen Allen, Samuel Allen, Andrew Allen, Taggart and Lindley Allen; his great grandchildren, Bradlei, Brantlei, Weston, Chase, Lyla and Sienna Allen; and his sister-in-law Myra Allen.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Amber Dawn Allen Memorial Scholarship at Oklahoma Baptist University, Shawnee.
