He was predeceased by: his father Billy James Perkins; his grandparents, Eldon, Billy Cowley, O'Dell and Dona Perkins; and his uncle Glendon Cowley.
He is survived by: his mother Marsha Devonne Bess (Cowley); his children, Jordan (Aspen Perkins) of San Marcos and Jaret Perkins of Norman; his sister Angie (Mark O'Neal); his sibling's children, Jake (Kenzie O'Neal), Chance O'Neal and Megan Newman; and his great-nephews, Branson Newman and Hayes O'Neal.
