She is survived by: her mother Patricia Ann Oldham (Moore); her friends, Lynn and Sandy Parr; her husband Mark Culp; her sons, John Arron Prestin Culp and Justin Culp; her adoptive son Chris Burgess; her daughter Sally Anne Vantine; her father Donald Ray Oldham; her stepmother Carol V. Psaute; her stepbrother Francis Psaute; her sister Kimberly Dawn Holley; her grandparents, Wayne, Sally Ruth Bartlett, Daniel Oldham and Edna Crowley; and her aunts and uncles, Jay Oldham, Elaine, Joise Willis, Perry Moore, Gary Moore and Dewayne Moore. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
