He is survived by: his mother Vicki Dianne Pennington of Branson, Missouri.; his uncle Michael Evans of Norman, OK; his aunts, Catherine Allen of Corvallis, OR and Susan Evans of Marlow, OK; and his cousins, Nathan Allen (CA), Justin Evans (Leah) of Duncan, OK and Adam Evans (Ginny) of Oklahoma City, OK.
