He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Shipley and LaVerna Shipley (VanMeter); his sister-in-law DeLana Shipley; and his nephew Jacob Shipley. He is survived by: his wife Billie Shipley; his sons, Kevin Shipley (Angela), Matthew Shipley, Mike Fiorillo (Jan) and Anthony Fiorillo (Vickie); his grandchildren, Robert Charles Shipley (Megan), Dena Page (Aaron), Jana Marks (Adam), Anthony Fiorillo (Casedy) and Tiffany Taylor Dillon (Zach); his great grandchildren, Sarah Shipley, Jackson Seeberger, Jadyn, James Schilling, Jentry Seeberger, Maelyn Marks, Emme Marks, Zella Marks, Elliott Fiorillo, Rocco Fiorrillo, Foster Dillon and Indie Dillon; and his brothers, J. M. Shipley (Eileen) and Van Vernon Shipley (Joy).
