With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Connie Ballard (Duncan, Oklahoma), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Winston West and Beatrice White; her aunt Jewel Shelton; her brother Butch West; and her sisters-in-law, Laura Miller and Juanita Clark.
She is survived by: her husband David Ballard of Duncan; her children, Kevin Ballard of Lawton, Christy Ballard of Duncan and Cathy Forester of Norman; her grandchildren, Isiah Beard of Norman, Ethan Beard (Riley Boles), Aidan Beard of Norman, Delilah Ballard of Duncan and Lukas Ballard of Duncan; her sister Patty Dean of Mount Pleasant, Texas; and her siblings-in-law, Sue Mercer of Duncan, Ray Ballard of Duncan and Royce Clark of Duncan.
