We are sad to announce that on June 13, 2023, at the age of 75, Constance Lee Garrett of Duncan, Oklahoma, born in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Kenneth and Mary Lou Black (Wingo); and her siblings, Robert Black and Debra Cleland. She is survived by: her husband Raymond Matthew Garrett; her daughters, Anastasia (Mark Goforth) and Amelia Hauck; her grandchildren, Peyton Hauck and Parker Hauck; and her sister Pamela (Bill Heathco).
