He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Herman Antwine and Lily Faye Antwine (Bradley); his wife Betty Ann Antwine (Horner); his sisters-in-law, Alma Earlene Antwine (Landrum) and Mary Jacquelyn Antwine (Russell); his stepson Brian Wayne Graham; and his former wife Donna Jean Antwine (McConnell).
He is survived by: his children, Laurel "Laurie" Hope Sweeting (Antwine) of Duncan and Robert Bradley Antwine of Kentucky; his brothers, Lynn Merel Antwine of Dallas and Jimmy Joe Antwine of Moore; his stepson Chris Allen Graham (Robin); and his grandchildren, Shelly Ann Ballon (Shane Frank Ballon), Daniel Joe Carroll (Emily Deanna), Kathryn "Katy" Hope Lang (Mason Lang) of Duncan, Rachel Elizabeth Bryant (David William Bryant III) of Oklahoma City, Blake Allen Graham (Kaylee Marie) and Lynlee Graham of Duncan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
