He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Skeens and Linda Conelly (Noble); and his stepfather Jack Mercer. He is survived by: his wife Tina May; his daughters, Meghan Rodriguez (Daniel) of Duncan and Kyla Kay Skeens of Duncan; his grandchildren, Samuel, Olivia, Emma, Carter, Jamie and Arlo; his sisters, Bambi Davidson (Jeff) of Ironton, Ohio, Angie Thompson of Ironton, Ohio, Regina Skeens of Ironton, Ohio and Jackie Mercer of Ironton, Ohio; and his aunt Alice Harmon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
