He is survived by: his wife Myra Scheele; his sons, Frank (Carol Cooper) of Denver and Scott (Amy Cooper) of Edmond; his grandsons, Zachary (Megan Cooper) of Denver and Aaron (Stephanie Cooper) of Denver; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Wyatt and Cora Cooper.
