He is survived by: his spouse Winna Mae Smith; his children, Ron Burns of Duncan, OK and Tammie Burns Lowe of Enid; his grandson Jay Brandon Burns (Alex); his great grandchildren, Hallie and Saige Burns; his granddaughter Jinna McCown (Garrett); his great grandchildren, Jaylynn and Kamden McCown; his grandson Kyle Hausher; his nephew Bobby Jay Burns (Debbie); and his niece Susan Thornton (Russell).
