He is survived by: his sister Lanette Spivey Miller of Big Spring, Texas.; his spouse Gene of Roscoe, Texas; his children, Yancy Spivey (Laura) of Duncan, OK, Kerry Spivey Gray (John) of Granbury and Marnie Spivey Bradberry (Toby) of Lubbock; his grandchildren, Jordan Spivey, Olivia Winters (Bo), Ben Pruitt, Kase Spivey, Taylor Bradberry Sager (Jason) and Cameron Bradberry; his great grandchildren, Gavin Gray and Braxton Sager; his brothers, Marvin "Sonny" Wilkerson and Jim Ben Spivey; and his caregiver Debbie Wilson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
