He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ace and Hester Ann Perkins; his wife Raybelle; his son Dwayne Perkins; his grandson Terry Mark Hargus; and his sons-in-law, Bobby Briscoe and Glen Wilkinson.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Atwell (David), Terry Briscoe, Debbie Wilkinson and Donna Hargus (Mark). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
