He was predeceased by: his father Frank Hamula. He is survived by: his mother Beatrice Vondell Hamula (Silk); his wife Patricia Ann Mangrum; his children, Joseph Mangrum of Oklahoma City, Frank Hamula of Oklahoma City and Julie Creamer (Robert) of Duncan; his grandchildren, Joseph Mangrum of Oklahoma City, Fiona Mangrum of Oklahoma City, Dylan Bewley of Duncan and Christopher Bewley of Duncan; his siblings, Barbara Bralley (Larry) of Madill, Frank Hamula (Priscilla) of Wannett, Oklahoma, Clifford Hamula of Amarillo, Texas, William Hamula (Joy) of Norman, Burt Hamula of Meade, Oklahoma and John Hamula (Toni) of Amarillo; his aunt Clare Silk of Pennsylvania; and his uncle David Silk (Patt) of New Jersey.
