We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2023, at the age of 82, Frances Forehand of Duncan, Oklahoma, born in Port Arthur, Texas passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frances Forehand to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Scott and Vernon Lee Velma Hemphill (Handley); and her husband Gilbert H. Forehand. She is survived by: her children, Sean (Susan Forehand) of Grand Junction, Colorado, Laura MacDonald of Grand Junction, Colorado and Stephanie (Allen Gates) of Duncan; and her grandchildren, Sydney Spruiell and Kaden Gates.

Ellen enjoyed a variety of careers that included working for the Economic Development Foundation as a federal employee and being a top-selling Tupperware Manager both in Austin and Duncan.
