He is survived by: his children, Glenna Smith of Choctaw and Jeff Smith (Myra) of Edmond, Oklahoma.; his daughter-in-law Myra Smith of Edmond; his granddaughter Rachel Smith of Edmond; and his sister Dorothy Webber.
