He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Boatman and Callie Boatman (Sherwood); his wife Rita Mayes; his son Harvey Boatman, Jr.; and his brothers, Melvin "Buck" Boatman and Bill Boatman.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary McComber of Duncan; his daughter Patsy (Tracy Graham); his grandchildren, Levi Graham, Garrett Graham, Carly Mann, Misty Graham and Virgil Adamson; his great grandchildren, Madilynn, Charlee, Paislee, Leelynn, Branch and Raelee; and his sister Lorene Roach. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
