With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Irene Denton of Duncan, Oklahoma, born in Tonalea, Arizona, who passed away on October 8, 2022 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Helen Eva (Jordan) and Delbert Sombrero Sr.; her husband Steve Denton; her daughter Stephanie Denton; her great grandchild Kyndi Harkins; and her brothers, Albert Sombrero and Elvis Sombrero.
She is survived by: her daughter Tina Harkins (John Blood) of Comanche; her grandchildren, Charles Harkins (Kamran), Ashley Robison (Ryan), Harley Hornberger, Jerney Denton and Chloe Denton; her great grandchildren, Kross Harkins, Mia Seward, Kova Belle Harkins, Mason Seward, Isabella Robison, Alex Robison and Cameron Robison; her siblings, Gilbert Sombrero, Delbert Sombrero Jr., Andrew Sombrero, Evelyn Lane, Arlene Laughter and Marie Elgine; and her friend Steve Brooks. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
