He is survived by: his children, Judy Windsor, Kelly Russell, Kassie Webb (Jeromy) and Kyle Howell (Beth); his son-in-law Lynn Drumm; his brother Kenneth Howell (Debbie); and his sister-in-law Phyllis Howell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
