She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Beverly Benedict) of Tulare, Larry (Brenda Benedict) of Hastings and Joe Bob (Debbie Benedict) of Duncan; her grandchildren, James Benedict, Christine (Christopher DeLette), Terry (Dawn Benedict), Tina (Sedrick Cortney) and Jeremiah Hulet; and her friend Wanda Simpson. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild.

“I’m so terribly sorry for the families loss. She was such a dear sweet lady. Alan and I purchased the bookstore from her in 2008 and we both came to love her. He sort of adopted her as a mom and really spent a great deal of time with her. I know they will see each other in heaven. Please accept my sincerest condolences and prayers for the family.”
