It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Francis Hay of Duncan, Oklahoma, born in Lawton, Oklahoma, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Ernest and Leitha Ella Hay (Rose); his former wife Shirley Ann Hay (Fowler); and his brothers, Bobby Hay and Ernest Hay.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Condit; his stepchildren, Randy (Catherine Hay) of Lindsay, Renee'Rhodes of Bradley, Casey, Christie Condit of Duncan and Toby Condit of Duncan; his grandchild Kyle Hay (Kenzie) of Purcell; and his sister Joann Byford of Duncan. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
