It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Paul Woods of Duncan, Oklahoma, born in Walters, Oklahoma, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar J. "Ed" Woods and Myrtle Woods (Latham); and his siblings, Ross Woods, Gary Woods and Mary Ann Herring.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn; his daughters, Heather Hilton of Duncan and Keri Pittman (Kindale) of Baja Norte, Mexico; his grandson Evan Hilton; and his brother-in-law Marvin Herring.
